Chipown has the advanced research & development capability with industry’s firstclass RD team in high voltage IC technology particularly. The company pioneered successful development and mass-produced 700V single high-low voltage integrated switching power supply chips, 1500V/1700V high-lowvoltage integrated switching power supply chips, zero-watt standby high-low voltage integrated switching power supply chips, 1200V half-bridgedriver chips, 200V SOI MOS/LIG BT integrated driver chips, 100V CMOS/LDMOS integrated driver chips and other products, all ofthem have been recognizedby national/provincial science and technology awards and national key new products. Chipown has postdoctoral enterprise work station and Jiangsu power IC engineering research center led by the academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
