Chipown complies with the requirements for timely notification in J-STD-046. According to this industry standard, We will inform customers of significant changes that affect shape, applicability, fit or function, or adversely affect quality or reliability of the product.

Before implementing any major changes, Chipown will provide customers with the following information at least 90 days in advance：

• PCN tracking number

• Reason for change

• Product identification (affected products)

• Change Description

• Expected impact on shape, fit, function, quality, or reliability

• Propose to change the first shipment date of the product

• Verification plan schedule and/or results for changes (if applicable)

• PCN contact information

Please provide any questions, samples, or further information requests within 30 days;

Chipown reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice, without affecting applicability, shape, function, quality, and reliability.
